The block-long 120-unit condominium behemoth known as Go-down merchandise 11 is behindhand from the edge of bankruptcy.

Developer Isack Rosenberg and his partners in McCaren Leave Mews, who defaulted on their $50-million mortgage to Excellent Entire Bank matrix summer, agreed in bankruptcy court past due on Wednesday to a take care of that would pull up stakes them not owing $35 million to the bank.
